The members of Qwerty Few met through a WEA creative writing class and have gone on to meet on their own because they enjoyed each others company and wanted to keep improving their writing with encouragement and critique. Several others joined, but the group thought it would be too hard for individuals to get the attention their writing need if it got any bigger. Some Qwerty Few members joined NZ Authors Association and/or Waitakere Writers.
